Christina and Kyle are one of the cutest and craftiest couples I’ve ever seen! Not only were they both heavily involved in planning their charming Portland, Oregon wedding, Christina even took a metalsmithing class so she could make Kyle’s wedding band as well as the bridesmaid’s earrings AND she made her bouquet using vintage flower brooches she collected for months. After their ceremony a fleet of pedicabs picked up the entire wedding party to transport them 7 blocks to where the reception was held. Brenton Salo was on hand to capture all the memories of their big day!

Inspired by My SF Bachelorette Party and Lemon Themed Bridal Shower!

Today I’m heading up to San Francisco and Napa wine country for my bachelorette party and bridal shower brunch. The brunch will be held in Napa at the lovely Carneros Inn. My invitations were so lovely and created by Heidi of Zenadia Designs. My girlfriends Michelle Curtis and Jenny Devoto worked with her to create a surprise invitation booklet that was SO me; Eyelet lace, yellow and white gingham with lemons on it. It is so gorgeous! Wait till you all see it!! Thanks Heidi! Nancy Liu Chin, the goddess of floral design in SF is styling my shower- I can’t wait to see what she does when we get up there on Saturday. Caroline from Tiny Water Photography will be capturing all of the special moments at the shower! I feel so blessed to get to be surrounded by so many great friends, and the work of so many fabulous wedding vendors!! The inspiration for the shower is lemons. Beyond excited to see how it all turns out and to share it with you!

I love the fun and comfortable feel of this wedding! The bright flowers are so cheerful and the gray accents are just cozy and inviting. The ceremony and reception were held in Wilmington, NC at The Balcony on Dock Street. All of the beauty of the day was captured by Rachel Barker of Millie Holloman Photography. Salt Harbor Designs created all of the lovely spaces in compilation with Harborside Event Rentals . I love the cake that Flower and Flour crafted for the bride and groom. It is so clean but by no means boring.

This extremely cute, cheerful and DIY wedding was submitted to us by Ashley Brockinton Photography. The wedding was held at a private estate in Fort Myers Beach, Florida. We Love the color combo and all of the adorable details! It seems like everyone had such a fabulous and relaxed day! It is no surprise that this DIY is done so well, the bride, Tara is a jewelry designer (Check out her work)! The bride’s sister is responsible for the lovely florals and her mom and dad get credit for the cake.
