When I was planning my wedding I was on the lookout for the perfect pair of green wedding shoes! Not only is green my favorite color, but Green Wedding Shoes is one of my favorite blogs! I just think the pop of green under a white wedding dress is the perfect surprise and  and makes the perfect shoe shot! I loved my green wedding shoes, aren’t they so fun?!

We love this green and white tablescape featured on Green Wedding Shoes today!  We came to do something clean, luxe and modern with a bit of playful and Vibiana was the perfect place to do it! Bella Weddings and Events did an amazing job with style and design and how gorgeous and are the floral arrangements JL Designs put together? So fab! The Alisa Benay gown is just the icing on the cake to this spring wedding inspiration. If you know how much I love GREEN you know how obsessed I am with this photo shoot!

We are so honored to have a client featured in the first C Magazine issue completely devoted to weddings!  Cupcakes Couture MB created beautiful desserts for our New Years Eve Party and Carissa of JL Designs put together beautiful floral arrangements, the whole shoot was coordinated by Cortnie at Canvas and Canopy, all inspired by metallics. An extra congrats goes out to JL Designs because one of her amazing Balsa Wood Flowers was featured in the fashion section!

Green Wedding Shoes has always been one of my favorite blogs to follow! Jenny is just the sweetest and not only does she run a great blog but she is also one of my favorite friends! I’m so happy to have Jenny in my life and so excited to have her guest blog for me!

I’m so excited for Leila + Tony. I’ve had the joy of hanging out with the two of them a few times this past year and they make such a great couple. They really are perfect for one another. I thought in honor of them being on their honeymoon, I would share something that inspires me – traveling. I love traveling to new places and you can find so much inspiration by enjoying new cultures, architecture and landscapes. I know one of the places they are visiting is the gorgeous towns of Cinque Terre in Italy – one of the beautiful places my husband and I traveled on our honeymoon too! Cinque Terre is made up of 5 small villages along the coast in Italy that are connected by hiking paths and trains. I’m inspired by the the colorful houses (they even have a person in charge of picking the paint colors for the houses – what a fun job!) along the coasts – which would make for a fun palette. Pesto + pizza are both popular in this area as well as lemoncello.

It’s been a while since we’ve had a media Monday but that doesn’t mean that my clients haven’t been blowing up the wedding world! First I’m so proud to show part two of Kristy Rice from Momental Design’s collaboration with Green Wedding Shoes!  Bride and Bloom showed lots of love to Be Inspired clients in their new issue! Antonia Christianson beautifully designed an emerald and turquoise “Secret Garden” shoot based off of a Snippet and Ink inspiration board and Kristy Rice of Momental Designs handcrafted a “Bride” sign and was featured in the 25 best bouquets. The wedding of NBA player Brian Cook also featured in the mag and was elegantly planned by Bella Weddings and Events, with floral design by JL Designs, and photography by Jasmine Star. The bride looked as elegant as ever dripping in diamonds provided by Adorn! The gorgeous wedding took place at Trump National Golf Course in Palos Verdes. The Groom is a former Laker and now plays for the Houston Rockets. His basketball buddies Luke Walton, Jordan Farmar and Kareem Rush were all present to celebrate with the new couple! A big CONGRATS to all my clients… your amazing talents continue to inspire me!

Green Wedding Shoes has been a daily read of mine for a while. I remember how amazed I was to find out that owner, Jen Campbell, is not solely a blogger but has a full time high powered job also! She is a Creative Director who has worked on many high profile projects and only after planning her own wedding in 2008 did she catch the wedding fever! Thus the birth of one of my favorite bridal blogs. Just like us, Jen’s hope is to help others find inspiration. I have had the pleasure of spending time with her and getting to know her on a personal level and she is the real deal. She is genuine, warm, always smiling, and someone you can trust. I think this is why most of her readers are so obsessed. We believe in what she shares and we are always left wanting more. Green Weddings shoes is a one of a kind blog produced by a one of kind woman. I have so much respect and admiration for you Jen! I find inspiration in a lot of places. Here are some of my current inspirations:

I love everything about this wedding – the barn venue, the hundreds of lights hanging from the ceiling, the sweet homemade details, and the photography of One Love Photo. The vintage feel of Heather’s photography is just so lovely and inspiring.

I get a lot of inspiration from window displays – especially Anthropologie. They always have the most creative displays and their take on modern vintage fits in with my personal style. Photo credits: flickr.com

Prop stylist Robyn Glaser amazes me! Tons of color combination inspiration and ideas for tabletop decor. Her photos are always so beautiful. All photos from Robyn’s portfolio can be seen on her website!

Letterpress work from Studio On Fire. Their blog showcases great typography, color, and design. They often feature invitations, but all their work is inspiring. They post almost daily and every post is awe-inspiring.

Dessert tables, candy bars, yummy little treats! I love all the creative/fun ideas brides are now creating for their wedding and/or rehearsal.
