Non-Toxic Nail Polishes We Love

We love a good mani, but as is the case with the rest of our beauty products we want our nail polishes to be as natural as possible and safe for us to use. We try our best to use non-toxic products when it comes to .. well, everything, so we started giving a second thought to all the pretty polish we put on our hands. Red flag warning – there are so many chemicals in there!! So we sought out some healthier options. Here are our favorite non-toxic nail polishes.

Non-Toxic Nail Polishes We Love - Inspired by This

SpaRitual

The SpaRitual line of polishes is certified vegan & organic and comes in shades of rose gold, metallic, and a whole assortment of nudes – what every girl needs. We also love the vegan SpaRitual Gold line they carry that is a healthier alternative to gel polishes.

Honeybee Gardens

Not only does Honeybee Gardens offer a line of bold and fashion forward colored polishes, but they are also ALL gluten free and vegan. The award winning formula is clean and healthy and uses no toxic chemicals or solvents. We painted our nails in their watercolor line and loved the pretty sheen.

Smith and Cult

This cult fave, pun aside, is ‘5 free’ which means it is free of Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin and Camphor. We try and educate ourselves on these chemicals to steer clear from but just knowing ‘5 free’ is helpful in the hunt for a safe mani. Plus, the brand carries trendy colors that we love!

Treat Collection

So what’s one step up from 5 free? 7 free! Treat Collection rocks the title and the bottle with clean and cute packaging that totally sells us. *Almost* as important as being safe ;). Their assortment of colors is also pretty tough to beat. We love the “Blushing” and “Cotton Candy” hues. The only drawback is the hefty price tag.
