This Lake Michigan maternity session on our baby blog today is positively radiant. The stunning setting in the woods and by the edge of the lake was the perfect canvas for Aliza Rae to capture these Courtney, Kevin, and their little one on the way! We’re loving Courtney’s mama-to-be style (channeled in 3 equally great outfits) and how the perfect hats accessorize every look! Dress us please?! Besides being perfectly fashionable and adorable together, these two are the absolute sweetest parents-to-be, and are expecting their little bundle of joy in August. Courtney, who is the Midwest Director of Elle Magazine, is currently living in Chicago during the week and commuting to Milwaukee on the weekends to spend time with her husband, Kevin, who is in the thick of his medical residency. Once Courtney is on maternity leave, she will be living in Milwaukee, and decided that she wanted her photo session to be located in a nearby natural area. We chose the Seven Brides Trail in Grant Park for it’s beautiful trails and proximity to Lake Michigan.
