And don’t think we forgot to include what movies should be on your list! We’re sharing our favorites below!

Set the mood – Turn the lights off and light candles all around before you turn the movie on for ambiance and the necessary moody vibes.

BYOP – Bring your own…pumpkin! For a quick activity, you can decorate mini pumpkins with your guests by using paint, push pins, or even carving them!

Take it outside – If you have the equipment and the space for a movie projector, bring a bunch of blankets, pillows, and comforters outside so that you can cozy up! Take in the crisp fall air, enjoy the change of scenery, and don’t forget to keep an eye out for bats ;).

Trick-or-treat – Don’t forget the treats for your friends. What’s Halloween without candy?! Some of our favorites include candy apples, deviled eggs, popcorn, candy corn, and baked goods decorated for the occasion. For more festive bites click here!

Add spooky decor – As for the decor, use fun glassware to serve spooky libations in, put your pumpkins that you decorated on display, and decorate around your fireplace or mantel. Don’t be afraid to go overboard with the moody & dark color palette.

It’s just a bunch of Hocus Pocus… Play a fun game while you watch your movie! For example, if someone screams during the movie, they have to take a sip of their beverage or be the next one to get the door when trick-or-treaters knock.
