Thanksgiving is one of the most inspiring times of the year. With a holiday dedicated to reflecting on all our blessings, who wouldn’t be inspired to do more and do better?! Last year we talked about how Being Grateful Still Gives Back, and this year we decided to do something to Give Back, but we also sought out some of our favorite bridal media to share what they’re most thankful for, from the littlest things to the most important things. What are you thankful for this year?

Jeff, Bridal Guide: The most important thing I’m thankful for this holiday season (and every day of my life) is being blessed with three beautiful and healthy daughters.  I’m thankful for my job that affords me the opportunity to meet great and inspiring people.  I’m thankful for living in the best damn country in the world where everyone has freedom to be successful no matter their color, sex or religion.  I’m thankful for Mizuno for making fantastic irons and TaylorMade for making a great driver that have helped me shave 7 strokes off my handicap bringing me down to a 9.  I’m thankful I can remember all the things I’m thankful for.

Rebecca, The Knot: Call me trite, but I am so very thankful for the power of a sunset. It’s our treat from nature that’s a little different every day and takes us away from our fancy technologies. It’s important to remember and recognize where we come from, who we are, what we’ve achieved, and where we’re headed. I find myself more and more enjoying quality time with my friends and family during this time of the day, or when I tend to stop and reflect on my own thoughts. Throughout my life, I’ve taken delight in this magical time of the day and make sure that I find at least one day a week to see the sun go down. It’s the simple things in life that make our world so incredible and keep us inspired!

Jen, Green Wedding Shoes: This holiday season I am thankful for my husband. He is my best friend, my biggest supporter and makes me laugh every day. I am SO thankful we found each other! :)

Janie, The Bride’s Cafe: I’m thankful first and foremost for my health and strength and for my beautiful family and friends…their love and support means everything to me and I’m thankful for JMFloral and The Bride’s Cafe….it has allowed me to meet so many beautiful people in the industry and to make so many wonderful friends….especially the lovely ladies at Be Inspired PR…..Happy Holidays and Wonderful Blessings to All…xoxoxo

Shira, Martha Stewart Weddings: I’m thankful for the love and company I get from my friends, family, and my cat, violet. For the reliability of my DVR and the way my blackberry just makes life easier. For afternoon naps on the weekends and for my favorite concealer, which help me when I’m running low on sleep. And for laughter, because whether I’m doing the laughing or making someone else laugh, I always feel better.

Elizabeth Messina, Kiss the Groom: I am, as ever eternally grateful for my three lovely children & my husband… and photography;)
