Vintage-Mod Home Studio

In this home inspiration tour, masculine meets feminine!  This lovely vintage-mod home studio space, which belongs to photojournalist, Jeremy Harwell,  is bursting with red and black accents. The bold, black elements in the room leverage the bright red pieces, allowing them to really pop through. Contemporary, clean and structured, framed portraits line the walls and the wide windows allow the sunshine to spill in. We love the eclectic mix of plush pillows and the salmon couch! You can’t go wrong with a little ruffle detailing. We can see why Jeremy finds so much inspiration of his own in this room… books and magazines double as props and décor, yet are readily available for quick references! The bike is an unexpected addition to the room, yet it serves as a small reminder that with a little creativity, there are always new ideas and places to explore.

Be Prepared to Be Inspired…

  1. You summed it up perfectly when you described it as masculine and feminine. I love the balance between the two. Light, airy and minimal with some warm, friendly touches!

  2. Thanks so much for the post Leila!

Thanks for all the kind comments everyone! The sofa is by Room and Board. The model is Reese and the fabric is spice boucle.
