Last week I shared part one of a super fun blogger trip to the Caribbean Island of Anguilla, and today I’m so excited to share part two! After a few days in Anguilla, we took a boat to the beautiful island of St. Barths. Compared to Anguilla, St. Barths was very private and quiet. I loved that we all had our own villas at Hotel Le Toiny! Hotel Le Toiny is another great place to consider for a destination wedding, honeymoon or vacation… it was so peaceful and relaxing!

St. Barths had a ‘European-chic’ feel to it, and there was a fun downtown area to walk around! There were so many amazing restaurants to choose from that it was seriously so hard to narrow it down and pick one. One night, we had a delicious 3-course dinner, complete with paired wines, at Victoria’s Restaurant located in the Hotel Carl Gustaf. Then another night, we had cocktails and yummy appetizers at On the Rocks at Hotel Eden Rock!  Simply amazing, I’m still dreaming about the food till this very day!
