Today I’m sharing on of my favorite film makers, Joel Serrato Films. Joel’s films are not your typical two hour long wedding videos. He captures highlights of the wedding day using his super 8mm film and vintage cameras making your wedding day seem like a work of art! Joel started documenting weddings when photographer Jose Villa (another one of my favorites!) asked him to come along and document a wedding that he was photographing. When Joel saw the footage he was blown away about how beautiful it was and he was proud that he captured a beautiful love story. When we asked him what inspires him he replied “I love light, color and people in love… it makes my job way easy!” Well we love everything we’ve seen of his work and look forward to seeing more amazing stories come to life because of him!
